Senior Fullstack Developer (Focusing on AI)
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Fullstack Developer to join our innovative team, dedicated to revolutionizing software development by integrating advanced AI processes into our international projects. In this role, you'll blend robust fullstack development with cutting-edge AI techniques to enhance our software development lifecycle (SDLC) through automation, scalability, and intelligence.
Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements and transform technical specifications into effective solutions.
Fullstack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable fullstack applications. This includes developing front-end interfaces (using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js) and building efficient back-end services.
Server-Side Engineering: Architect and implement server-side solutions using Java with Spring Boot or Node.js with TypeScript. Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services that support both web and mobile applications.
AI Integration: Collaborate in integrating generative AI (GenAI) components into our development processes. This involves applying techniques such as prompt engineering to enhance automation and accelerate the SDLC.
Messaging Systems: Design and implement messaging architectures using tools such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, EventHub, or similar, ensuring efficient communication across distributed systems.
Quality & Performance: Ensure code quality through clean, well-documented code, rigorous code reviews, and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in fullstack development, AI integration, and distributed systems, and contribute to evolving best practices.
Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Fullstack Expertise: Solid experience in fullstack development, with proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end development using Java with Spring Boot or Node.js with TypeScript.
API & Microservices: Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices architectures, and distributed systems.
Messaging Systems: Hands-on experience with messaging technologies (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka, EventHub) and event-driven architectures.
AI Integration: Practical experience or strong interest in integrating AI solutions into development processes, including the use of prompt engineering and related GenAI techniques.
DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
English Communication: Intermediate level in English to effectively read technical documentation and communicate with international teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, performant code.
Nice to Have
Containerization & Orchestration: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization and orchestration technologies.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
AI Agents: Exposure to AI agents or projects involving generative AI.
Security & Compliance: Understanding of security best practices and data privacy regulations to ensure robust and compliant solutions.
