WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

Most “influencer” jobs mean chasing likes.

You’ll drive a sales engine:

1. We turn TikTok Shop into $ millions in monthly sales for brands like Bodywise ( $0 → $2 M in 150 days) and BoomBoom (largest brand on the platform).
2. You’ll own the entire creator ecosystem—recruitment, content direction, performance optimisation—and share directly in the upside.
3. Inside 12 months you’ll have a track record, a personal brand, and a playbook that most marketers take years to build.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Sign and brief 20+ high-potential creators for each brand in your first 90 days
• Build a 30-creator roster with <10 % churn and ≥3 % video CVR by month 6
• Your network drives $250k/month in attributable sales by month 12

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scout, vet, and sign creators who fit each brand’s voice and margin goals
• Write concise briefs that turn hooks and offers into high-converting videos
• Review weekly performance, deliver clear feedback, and scale winning content
• Surface emerging TikTok trends and feed ideas to creators and ads teams
• Own contracts, payments, and creator accountability
• Capture and systemise learnings into a reusable playbook

Requirements

MUST-HAVES

• 1+ year in creator/influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce marketing
• Deep grasp of TikTok content mechanics and e-commerce KPIs (CTR, CVR, AOV)
• Exceptional written English and communication skills
• Comfort with Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets
• Self-managed remote work with reliable overlap during UK hours

• Direct TikTok Shop experience
• Copywriting or basic video-editing skills
• Beauty, fashion, or lifestyle DTC background
