Our client is seeking a TikTok Affiliate Manager to develop, manage, and scale their affiliate marketing program on TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building partnerships with content creators, driving sales through affiliate collaborations, and optimizing performance to achieve revenue goals. Key Responsibilities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or social media marketing — TikTok experience preferred.
• Proven track record of managing performance-based partnerships that drive measurable results.
• Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and creator dynamics.
• Experience using affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, Shopify Collabs, TikTok Shop).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate or TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM).
• Familiarity with e-commerce, DTC, or influencer-led product launches.
• Understanding of paid media strategies on TikTok and other short-form platforms.
