Job Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced wholesale and manufacturing sales professionals with strong backgrounds in commercial problem-solving, customer-facing sales workflows, and real-world domain expertise.

This role supports an exciting collaboration with a leading frontier AI research laboratory focused on advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems through domain-specific task creation and problem-solving workflows.

Selected professionals will create tasks and deliverables based on common requests and real issues within their professional domain, helping support advanced AI research through practical sales expertise and realistic commercial context. This opportunity is especially well-suited to sales professionals with strong written communication skills, independent working ability, and real-world experience in wholesale and manufacturing sales outside technical and scientific product categories.

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:
4+ years of professional experience in wholesale and manufacturing sales outside technical and scientific product categories
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling

The ability to work independently and manage structured project work effectively
Practical experience handling common requests, issues, and workflows within their field

Preferred qualifications

Experience in customer-facing sales processes, account management, territory coverage, or commercial relationship development
Ability to translate real-world domain knowledge into structured, high-quality task creation
Familiarity with workflows that require clear communication, independent judgment, and practical business understanding
Comfort contributing to AI-related project work through realistic professional scenario design

Contract Details

Independent contractor role
Fully remote with flexible scheduling
Hourly compensation of $90–$150 per hour
Expected workload of approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up to 30+ hours
Project starts immediately and is expected to last approximately 3–4 weeks
Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance
Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
