This role involves providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, account management, and service inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow company procedures for record keeping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in consumer services or related sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
• Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering quality service.
