The Claros Travel is seeking a professional and customer-focused Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will help support clients by coordinating travel details, managing reservations, and ensuring every traveler receives a smooth and personalized experience.

This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service before, during, and after their travel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, and online messaging
• Assist clients with leisure and luxury travel reservations, itinerary updates, and travel accommodations
• Communicate travel details, documentation requirements, and agency policies clearly
• Monitor reservations and bookings to ensure accuracy and timely updates
• Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
• Resolve client inquiries with a solutions-oriented and customer-first approach
• Maintain organized records and update internal systems as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience required (travel or hospitality experience preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools
