Position Summary

CSN Collision is seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Director to lead and expand our insurance partnerships across the U.S. market.

 

This role is responsible for both new business development and account management, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and strengthening long-term relationships with insurance carriers. The successful candidate will take ownership of their pipeline, proactively identify new opportunities, and position CSN as a trusted partner within the collision repair industry.

 

This is a high-impact, results-driven role requiring a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong “hunter” mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify, target, and secure new insurance carrier partnerships across the U.S. market
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with company growth objectives
  • Generate and qualify leads through independent research, networking, and industry engagement
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, and closing
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions tailored to insurance partners
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Account Management & Relationship Development

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key insurance partners
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients by acting as a trusted advisor
  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase referral volume into the network
  • Ensure a high level of partner satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Manage escalations professionally and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions

 

Strategic Collaboration & Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with senior leadership to support the development and execution of corporate strategy
  • Partner with operations teams to ensure alignment between insurer expectations and shop performance
  • Collaborate with finance and billing teams to ensure accurate and efficient processes
  • Support national alignment on insurer-driven initiatives, service standards, and performance metrics

 

Market Intelligence & Industry Engagement

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving insurer expectations
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth
  • Represent CSN at industry events, conferences, and meetings
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders within insurance organizations

Contracting, Negotiation & Performance Management

  • Lead contract negotiations with insurance carriers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Develop proposals and agreements aligned with organizational goals
  • Support forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting on sales performance
  • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

Travel Requirements

  • This role requires travel across the United States to support business development, client meetings, and industry events
  • Travel will primarily involve meeting with insurance partners, attending conferences, and visiting key accounts
  • Estimated travel: approximately 25%, depending on business needs
  • Must be able to travel regularly and on short notice when required

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, insurance services, or a related field
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing high-value partnerships
  • Strong background in collision repair, insurance, or automotive-related industries (preferred)
  • Experience managing both new business development and ongoing client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a remote environment
