Job Description

Requirements

• Design and build landing pages, including both product-focused and brand/non-product digital pages
• Develop high-converting layouts and user flows aligned with business objectives
• Work with heatmaps and behavioral analytics tools to analyze user behavior
• Conduct target audience analysis and segmentation, including GEO-based segmentation
  Perform market and competitor research to identify emerging design trends and opportunities
• Create digital assets such as banners, promotional visuals, and branded stickers
• Continuously improve and optimize existing website interfaces, pages, and subpages to enhance usability and performance
• Prepare and hand off design files to developers, ensuring clear documentation and smooth implementation
• Actively participate in product discussions and cross-functional collaboration
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users
• Analyze performance metrics of launched projects and optimize interfaces to address user pain points and stakeholder needs
• Maintain a strong understanding of both user needs and brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
