Support day-to-day social media management, with a focus on YouTube and LinkedIn
Create and edit high-quality video content for social media, including short-form (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and occasionally longer-form
Develop motion graphics and lightweight animations to enhance storytelling
Support social campaign planning from concept through to delivery
Optimise content for each platform, with a strong understanding of YouTube best practices (thumbnails, titles, retention, SEO)
Collaborate with internal teams to capture content at events, shoots, and day-to-day moments
Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to translate messaging into compelling social content
Monitor performance and continuously refine content based on insights and trends
Stay on top of social and video trends, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to the table
3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
Proven experience creating video-first social content (in-house or agency)
Strong editing skills and motion design capability (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects)
Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel, with a solid understanding of analytics and optimisation
Experience creating both short-form (15–60 seconds) and longer-form video (2–5+ minutes)
A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
Confident writing for social - clear, concise, and platform-native
Comfortable filming content (mobile-first and basic production setups)
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams
ADDITIONAL:
The role is remote-based, with an expectation of travel for key industry events.
