Design at Pindrop lives at the intersection of deep technology, complex enterprise workflows, and human trust. Our UX team is embedded in Product and Engineering, collaborating closely with research scientists, PMs, and UI engineers to turn advanced voice, fraud, and deepfake detection capabilities into simple, explainable, and trustworthy experiences. We value clarity over cleverness, accessibility by default, and opinionated, data-informed decisions grounded in real customer insight. We share a unified design system, patterns, and research practice across teams so that every interaction feels cohesive, consistent, and worthy of the critical environments our customers operate in.
What you’ll do
- Work closely with our Product team to take raw concepts and translate them into elegant user interfaces.
- Deliver wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive click-through demos.
- Create responsive designs for accessible, diverse screen sizes.
- Participate in user research with our enterprise users.
- Convert mockups into artifacts that our UI engineers can integrate into their apps.
- Work across our UI teams and build shared style guides and templates.
Who you are
- A solid track record of designing innovative web designs and user experiences, especially with enterprise products or platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, or other prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- A solid understanding of HTML / CSS.
- Comfortable with AI tools such as Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
- An appreciation for typography demonstrated through previous work.
- Resilient in the face of challenges, change, and ambiguity.
- Optimistic and believe that you can make a problem into a solution.
- Resourceful, excited to uncover innovative solutions and teach yourself something new when needed.
- Take accountability, do the things you say you’ll do, under-promise and over-deliver.
- Nimble and adaptable when priorities change and continue to see the “forest through the trees”.
Your skill-set
- Experience working with native UI guidelines, responsive web, user interface, accessibility, and visual design standards.
- Strong experience in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across a suite of products.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to document design process and mark up designs for handoff to developers.
- Creative and flexible problem solver with the ability to extract meaningful insights from multiple sources of data.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent professional experience) in HCI, Interface Design, Interaction Design, Design, Information Science, Communication Design or relevant technical discipline.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is helpful.

- Establish relationships with key partners for continued collaboration.
Within 90 days, you’ll
- Continue to add value and integrate with your team.
- Feel confident in your role and be familiar with Pindrop's core values, sales cycle, and value proposition.
- Complete a 90-day check-in with your manager to discuss wins, blockers, and next steps.
