Role: Marketing Specialist

Monthly Rate: $650 - 750/month

Availability: Part-time - 20 hours/week

Time Zone: 8 - 12NN MDT

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Prospecting and lead generation

- Building targeted lead lists using Apollo (or similar prospecting tool)

- Enriching lead lists (filling in missing emails, phone numbers, etc.)

- Social media management: Consistent posting to grow visibility and following

- Email marketing and outreach to cold/warm leads

- Admin tasks: setting up and linking Calendly (or similar) to email signature

- Organizing and managing lead data in Excel/spreadsheets

Good to have:

- Experience in life sciences, specifically medical device and diagnostics

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical/pharma space

- Experience in private equity or private investment (investor outreach)

- Strong market research skills in medical device/diagnostics

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Microsoft Outlook

- MS Office / Google Suite

- Calendly or similar scheduling tool

Industry/Tools Experience:

- Microsoft Outlook

- MS Office Suite / Google Suite (Docs, Sheets/Excel)

- Calendly (or a free scheduling platform alternative)

- Apollo (or similar prospecting tool)
