Job Description

  • Project and task planning – scope, timelines, resources;
  • Project development process organization – setting up processes and monitoring execution within agreed scope and deadlines;
  • Product launch planning for complex features and overseeing its execution;
  • Risk identification and management across projects and tasks;
  • Backlog management for technical debt – organizing and monitoring progress;
  • Incident management – organizing the team’s work on production incidents and ensuring resolution within SLA;
  • Maintaining up-to-date task information in Jira;
  • Workflow setup within the team (development, testing, requirements management);
  • Facilitation of meetings and Scrum/Kanban activities within the team; effective collaboration with other teams on cross-functional tasks;
  • Reporting on sprints and projects and managing stakeholder expectations;
  • Identifying process issues within the team, addressing them, and working on improving team efficiency;
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution faced by the team;
  • People management – team motivation and building effective collaboration;
  • Time tracking control and timesheet approval;
  • Proposals for process improvement and optimization within the company.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience (iGaming will be a big advantage);
  • Over 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Waterfall model;
  • Relevant work experience (iGaming will be a big advantage);
  • Ability to create project documentation;
  • English at the level of reading and writing technical documentation;
  • Responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail.
  • Fluent Russian.
