We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Engineering Manager to lead, mentor, and inspire our distributed engineering team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and ensuring the professional growth of your team members. Key Responsibilities:

1- Lead and manage a remote team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

2- Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technical projects on time and within budget.

3- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

4- Drive technical excellence by promoting best practices, code quality, and innovative solutions.

5- Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability within the team.

6- Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth project execution.

7- Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development discussions.

8- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new engineering talent.

Requirements:

1- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

2- 5+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role

3- Demonstrated success managing remote or distributed engineering teams

4- Strong technical background and experience with modern engineering practices

5- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

6- Proven ability to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment

7- Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent
