• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems effectively and handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
• Open to relocating to Greece and adapting to new cultural environments.
