We are currently seeking a Romanian Solutions Consultant to join our client’s team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is an exciting opportunity offering fully paid relocation for the right candidate. As a Solutions Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored digital solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving client success and satisfaction through expert consultancy and relationship management.


Responsibilities

  • Consult with Romanian-speaking clients to assess their requirements and provide customized digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design, implement, and optimize digital strategies.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients fully understand and can utilize solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide insightful advice.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving any issues for a seamless experience.
  • Relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with full relocation support provided by the employer.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Romanian speaker with excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in a consulting or client-facing role, preferably in digital solutions or technology.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs fully covered.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
