Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to support a U.S.-based healthcare client. This role requires a strong understanding of home health workflows, clinical documentation, and compliance standards.

This position involves both administrative coordination and clinical documentation support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for OASIS data entry, reviewing clinical notes for accuracy and compliance, coordinating physician orders, and ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory and agency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate OASIS data entry based on clinician documentation
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) and compliance reviews of nurses’ notes
  • Request, track, and follow up on physician orders, and update records in the system
  • Handle medication data entry and ensure alignment with patient records
  • Review documentation for consistency with home health regulations and agency requirements
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records and tracking logs
  • Coordinate with nurses and internal staff regarding documentation and order requirements
  • Manage fax and communication workflows using RingCentral
  • Support team coordination via Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp
  • Provide general administrative support related to home health operations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in home health support, medical administration, or clinical documentation
  • Hands-on experience with OASIS documentation (required)
  • Strong understanding of home health compliance and documentation standards
  • Experience reviewing clinical notes for accuracy and completeness
  • Familiarity with physician order workflows and coordination
  • Proficient in Excel (tracking and documentation management)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience using CradleMRx or similar home health EHR systems
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience supporting U.S. healthcare clients is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
