**Position:** Sales Manager - Team Leadership & Revenue Growth
**Type:** Full-Time Remote | Working Hours: US Business Hours
**Location:** Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico

**What You'll Do:**
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets and quotas
• Set clear goals, KPIs, and activity expectations for all team members with regular performance reviews
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to strengthen sales skills and overall performance
• Oversee onboarding process for new sales hires to ensure smooth transition and fast ramp-up
• Deliver ongoing product, process, and communication training to maintain high performance standards
• Work closely with Marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and lead generation efforts
• Partner with senior leadership to provide accurate forecasts, sales insights, and strategic recommendations
• Monitor sales metrics and team performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement
• Analyze pipeline data and develop action plans to optimize conversion at every stage
• Ensure effective use of CRM tools and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions

**What You Bring:**
• 3+ years experience in sales management, business development, or account management
• Proven track record leading and developing sales teams in results-driven environments
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and team performance goals
• Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills with ability to inspire teams
• Experience developing sales strategies and translating data into actionable plans
• Strong understanding of full sales process from lead generation to deal closure
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
• Organized, proactive approach with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience developing training programs or sales enablement materials (preferred)
