Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design to support scalability and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a FullStack Engineer or a similar role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Familiarity with databases including SQL and NoSQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical projects is a plus.
