Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SharePoint & Power Platform Developer with experience in SharePoint Online/On-Premises, InfoPath, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level collaboration and workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using SharePoint Online and On-Premises
- Build and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and permissions
- Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) for business applications
- Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flows)
- Maintain and migrate legacy InfoPath forms to Power Platform solutions
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and third-party systems
- Develop custom forms, dashboards, and workflows to enhance business productivity
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing SharePoint and Power Platform applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premises)
- Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Hands-on experience with InfoPath forms and migration strategies
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Knowledge of workflow automation and business process optimization
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI integration
- Knowledge of Azure services and Microsoft Dataverse
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint or Power Platform.
