Job Description

As our End-to-end Regression Specialist, you will be the guardian of our global roaming experience. You will own the testing of roaming scenarios across our Global Connectivity Platform, ensuring that as we scale our sponsor footprint and add Direct Roaming Agreements, our service remains "carrier-grade." You will dive deep into signaling traces to ensure our travelers stay connected across continents.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Execute comprehensive IREG-based testing (Data, Voice, SMS) for new roaming sponsors and direct partners.
  • Design and maintain a rigorous regression suite to verify that core network changes or Steering of Roaming (SoR) adjustments do not negatively impact the existing global footprint.
  • Lead the technical troubleshooting of roaming failures by analyzing signaling traces (MAP/Diameter) and validate the rollout of next-gen services like VoLTE (S8HR) and SMSoIP

  • Strong understanding of 4G/5G Roaming architectures.
  • Proficiency in Protocol Analysis (PCAP, Trace logs, APDU).
  • Familiarity with the eSIM lifecycle (Download, Enable, Disable, Delete).
  • Analytical mindset for Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in complex signaling environments
  • Preferably you have previous experience at a Roaming Hub or IPX Provider.
  • Deep understanding of Steering of Roaming (SoR) and its impact on subscriber experience.

  • Experience with GSMA IREG standards (IR.35, IR.24, IR.92).
  • Knowledge of Steering of Roaming (SoR) platform logic.
  • Experience with SIM box or remote testing probe management.
