Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and requests

- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Assist clients with property inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and providing information on available properties

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients with our agents

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in our database

- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient buying and selling process for our clients

- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues they may have

- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous customer service experience is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus but not required
