We're looking for a scrappy, high-ownership Client Success Manager to be the operational backbone of our client relationships. This is an internal role that sits at the center of everything: client communications, deliverable tracking, recruitment coordination, and internal operations. You will own the follow-through that keeps clients happy, candidates moving, and the team running without friction.
This is not a passive account management role. You will proactively flag issues before they become problems, drive internal initiatives without being asked, and keep every moving piece organized and on track.
