Position: Computer User Support Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$110/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to your occupation as a Computer User Support Specialist.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of AI-generated solutions in technical support scenarios.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to refine support processes.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience as a Computer User Support Specialist.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
