Job Summary

We are searching for a Senior Product Designer for a remote product design role where you will own the full product design lifecycle—from discovery and user research to prototyping and final UI delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy, improving user experience, and delivering elegant, scalable design solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design across web and/or mobile platforms
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Translate complex product requirements into intuitive user experiences
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Use data and user feedback to iterate and improve product performance
• Advocate for user experience and design best practices across the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or similar roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams
• Ability to balance business goals with user needs and technical constraints
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SaaS or digital product environments is highly preferred
• Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
