Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat in Hungarian, addressing issues and questions effectively.
• Provide comprehensive assistance on products or services, ensuring customers receive the support they need.
• Handle complaints and inquiries efficiently, striving to resolve issues promptly and improve customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and customer feedback in the CRM system for accurate tracking and analysis.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and resolve customer issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices to provide the best assistance possible.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hungarian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to address inquiries effectively and manage customer expectations.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Relocation to Bulgaria with fully paid relocation expenses is provided.
