Job Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Agent to join a leading airline company based in Amsterdam, Holland. In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to Danish-speaking passengers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries from Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat about flight bookings, reservations, and general airline services.
  • Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests related to their travel plans.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions using CRM systems to maintain service quality.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Dutch is advantageous.
  • Customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office applications.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Amsterdam, Holland.
  • Strong team player with flexibility and adaptability.

  • 7-month contract (with possibility to extend)
