Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client, a fast-growing digital company, find a talented Graphic Designer to create high-quality, conversion-driven visuals across digital platforms. In this role, you will bring ideas to life through clean, modern design while supporting marketing, product, and growth initiatives to drive engagement and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality assets for digital channels (social media, paid ads, landing pages, email, etc.)
• Create wireframes, mockups, and polished UI designs using Figma
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals
• Optimize creatives for performance, conversion, and user engagement
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)

• Strong proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for digital marketing and/or web environments
• Ability to create both static and performance-driven creatives
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles
• Experience working with eCommerce or DTC brands
• Familiarity with motion design or light animation
• Understanding of conversion-focused design
