About the Project

Our client is expanding their marketing team and is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support day-to-day marketing execution. This role is highly operational and focused on ensuring campaigns and communications are executed consistently across email and social media channels.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to help maintain ongoing marketing activities, primarily supporting email campaigns and organic social media presence. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution and structured marketing operations.

Role Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing core marketing tasks, including managing email campaigns through HubSpot and maintaining the company’s organic social media activity. The focus of the role is operational execution rather than strategy, ensuring campaigns are launched on time and communication channels remain active.

Responsibilities

  • Execute 1–2 email campaigns per week using HubSpot, including setup, scheduling, and sending.
  • Manage organic social media updates, ensuring regular posting and coordination of content across platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to publish marketing communications on schedule.
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across marketing channels.
  • Monitor campaign execution to ensure campaigns are deployed correctly.

Requirements

  • Experience creating and executing email campaigns in HubSpot.
  • Experience managing or scheduling organic social media content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
  • Comfortable working in a highly operational, execution-focused role.
  • Basic professional English is sufficient; fluency is not required.
