Requirements

• Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong commitment to customer service with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setup.
