Job Description

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for digital ad creative designers and graphic designers with strong experience in performance-focused visual design, branded promotional assets, and paid advertising campaigns.

This role supports the creation of high-quality, human-generated image assets for advertising campaigns across multiple industries. These are not AI-generated designs, but hands-on creative deliverables built by experienced designers who understand marketing performance, brand consistency, and platform-specific visual requirements.

Selected professionals will help create compelling ad visuals, adapt designs across formats and industries, and contribute high-quality creative assets optimised for clarity, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Ad Creative Design & Asset Production
Design engaging digital advertising image assets for a range of campaign types
Create assets tailored to common ad formats such as Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, TikTok, and app ads
Deliver high-quality, human-generated visual assets designed for performance and clarity

Brand Consistency & Creative Adaptation
Maintain brand consistency while adapting visuals for different industries, campaigns, and brand styles
Translate marketing messaging into compelling and effective visual creative
Deliver assets in multiple sizes, layouts, and design variations as needed

Performance-Focused Visual Design
Apply performance-driven design principles such as clear hierarchy, strong calls to action, and conversion-focused layouts
Support ad creative workflows that balance brand quality with campaign effectiveness
Help produce assets suitable for a variety of B2B and B2C use cases

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:
Proven experience creating marketing and advertising-style visual assets
Strong understanding of performance-driven design principles, including calls to action, layout hierarchy, and conversion-focused visuals
Experience adapting creative concepts across industries such as healthcare, financial services, consumer products, mobile and web apps, and other B2C or B2B verticals
Ability to work across multiple domains and brand styles
Strong knowledge of common ad layouts and platform specifications
Ability to translate marketing messaging into strong visual creative

Preferred qualifications

Experience working with growth or performance marketing teams
Experience designing for A/B testing environments
Understanding of ad compliance considerations, especially in healthcare or financial services
Strong proficiency with professional design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar platforms
Ability to produce polished, high-quality deliverables in fast-moving creative workflows
