Mindioo is an early-stage AI-powered platform in the personal development and spirituality space. We are building business tools and a global marketplace for coaches, creators, and their clients.

We are a remote-first, international team working on launching a scalable and impactful product.

About the Role

We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Design Intern to support the creation of intuitive, engaging, and visually consistent product experiences.

You will collaborate closely with product and development teams to design user-centered interfaces that enhance engagement and usability.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Iterate on designs based on feedback
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation
• Contribute to and maintain the design system

Requirements

• Background in UX/UI Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
• Portfolio showcasing UX projects
• Proficiency in Figma
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working remotely
• Good communication skills and fluency in English
• Availability during CET working hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
• Interest in AI-driven interfaces
• Familiarity with AI tools to support design workflows
• Interest in personal development or wellness
