Technical Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure technology solutions that support business objectives and client needs. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong strategic thinking to architect systems that integrate multiple technologies while ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

The Technical Solutions Architect will work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architecture and guide implementation across the development lifecycle.

Important Eligibility Requirement:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end technical architecture solutions for complex systems and platforms.

• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable system designs and architecture frameworks.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams.

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks that align with project goals.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• Design cloud-based architectures and oversee integration with enterprise systems and APIs.

• Ensure systems meet security, performance, and scalability requirements.

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and system performance assessments.

• Develop architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and architectural best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 6–10+ years of experience in software development, systems architecture, or technical solution design.

• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Proficiency in system architecture design, API integrations, and microservices architecture.

• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

• Knowledge of database design, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in a technical field or related discipline.

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience designing high-availability and high-performance enterprise systems.

• Professional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or TOGAF.

Compensation

• Annual Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 per year
  Compensation will vary based on experience, certifications, and technical specialization.
