Job Description

 Key Requirements

We are looking for a Marketing Designer at the junior+/middle level to join the 12Go marketing team. We need someone who can create clear, polished, and visually strong marketing design, quickly adapt materials to different formats, and work confidently within brand guidelines.

This role combines both creative and practical work: from social media visuals and promotional campaigns to partner adaptations, video assets, and presentations for internal teams. We are looking for a designer who can not only create attractive layouts, but also think about the task, format, audience, and practical use of the final result.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media visuals in line with brand guidelines and marketing campaigns.
• Adapt designs for partner platforms and collaborations without losing clarity, brand consistency, or the core promotional message.
• Develop creative assets for promotional campaigns: static banners, promo visuals, key messages, and their adaptations.
• Create videos for promotional campaigns and social media.
• Prepare presentations and decks for internal company departments.
• Prepare design files for email templates intended for дальнейшей HTML сборки — including structure, block states, adaptability, and clean delivery for implementation.
• Maintain order in source files, exports, and handoff files: clear naming, logical layer structure, correct dimensions, and well-prepared states.

Requirements

What We Expect from the Candidate

• Confident skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Figma.
• Strong foundation in composition, typography, image handling, and adapting designs across formats.
• Experience in marketing / digital design at junior+ or middle level.
• Ability to work within brand guidelines and maintain quality across multiple adaptations.
• Ability to receive feedback quickly and apply revisions without losing the logic of the layout.
• A practical working level of HTML/CSS and a clear understanding of how to prepare design for email template production: structure layouts properly, think through responsive behavior, define block states, and hand materials over safely for HTML implementation.
• Experience using AI tools in design: understanding how to use them for idea generation, speeding up routine tasks, preparing references, generating variations, or improving workflows without losing quality or critical thinking.
  
  

Nice to Have

• After Effects or another relevant tool for motion/video work.
• Experience with promo video and social video production.
• Experience with performance creatives, app/store visuals, and A/B test creatives.
• Experience in travel, marketplace, e-commerce, or similar digital products.
