Summary of Position

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based marketing agency exclusively focused on serving attorneys and law firms. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized Mid-Level Digital Content & Social Media Designer to join our Legal Marketing team. In this role, you will be the visual architect of our clients' digital presence.

This position requires a professional who understands how to translate marketing goals into high-performing visual content. You will focus heavily on social media graphics, digital marketing assets, and cohesive campaign visuals that elevate the brands of our legal clients across the U.S. market.

Position Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Design: Conceptualize and produce high-impact visual assets for integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all touchpoints.
  • Social Media Mastery: Design platform-specific graphics for LinkedIn, Meta, and Instagram that align with professional legal standards while maximizing engagement and click-through rates.
  • Content Support: Create original, branded visuals for blog posts, white papers, and digital newsletters that help simplify complex legal topics for the general public.
  • Ad Creative: Develop high-converting display ads and social media advertisements, iterating on designs based on performance data and A/B testing results.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve existing brand guidelines for various law firms, ensuring all digital assets are polished, professional, and visually consistent.
  • General Design Support: Assist with diverse client design needs, including internal sales collateral, email templates, and minor web interface updates as needed.
  • Collaborative Workflow: Partner closely with content writers and marketing strategists to ensure visual storytelling aligns with the overall campaign narrative.
  • Other duties as required by management

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a heavy focus on digital platforms and social media. Agency experience is a significant plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field.
  • Technical Expert: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Portfolio Excellence: A strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated aesthetic and a proven track record of creating effective digital marketing assets.
  • Language Proficiency: C1 English certification required. You must be able to understand complex creative briefs and collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have an "eagle eye" for alignment, spacing, and brand accuracy.
  • Adaptable: You can pivot your design style to fit different law firm "personalities," from aggressive trial lawyers to empathetic family law firms.
  • Efficient: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple client projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Compensation: $24,000-$26,000 MXN/Gross Monthly
