We are currently seeking an Email Marketing Designer & Klaviyo Specialist for a US-based company. This remote position allows you to contribute creatively while working from anywhere.

In this role, you will blend design expertise with a deep understanding of email marketing strategies to create engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and high-performing email communications using Klaviyo.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement visually appealing email templates and campaigns in Klaviyo that align with the brand's style and voice.
• Coordinate the end-to-end email marketing process, from concept and design to execution and analysis.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to continuously improve email marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop effective email content that resonates with the target audience.
• Test and optimize emails through A/B testing to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing design and strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in Klaviyo and navigating email marketing best practices.
• Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Solid understanding of email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization.
• Experience in working with other marketing automation tools is a plus.
