At Globe Runner, we're statistical marketing innovators. 

Right now, we're hunting for a SEO Specialist. 

We're seeking a driven candidate with 3-5 years of agency SEO experience who can own the SEO execution across 8-10 client accounts. This role requires strong hands-on technical SEO and the ability to implement content-heavy tasks. You must be comfortable as a client-facing point of contact, capable of presenting strategy and results, and be proactive in pursuing new SEO insights from sources like industry forums.

You'll focus entirely on delivering exceptional SEO results directly for a portfolio of client accounts.

As our SEO Specialist, you'll be a key executor behind our clients' SEO success, making a tangible difference in their business growth.

In this role, you will:

💡 Manage the SEO execution across a portfolio of 8-10 client accounts.

🛠️  Present strategy and performance results clearly and confidently on client calls.  

💡 Use tools like AHREFS and Screaming Frog to identify and resolve complex SEO issues independently.

🛠️ Log into the backend of WordPress websites to implement necessary technical and content-heavy SEO updates and optimizations.

📊 Support the development of quarterly SEO strategies and take ownership of their implementation to drive business growth and client success.

📈 Maintain a proactive approach to learning, actively seeking new SEO insights and Google updates from forums and other industry sources.

💡 Bring our strategies to life, driving exceptional SEO results for our clients.

⏰ Working hours: This is a full-time position. Working hours in Central European Time, and typically will run from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CET (or CEST). This shift is required to ensure full overlap with our client meeting window of 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Central Time (CST). Please note that hours will adjust slightly during daylight saving time changes.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ 3 to 5 years of hands-on SEO experience in an agency environment.

✅ Demonstrated experience handling a portfolio of 8-10 client accounts concurrently.

✅ Strong technical SEO expertise and the ability to implement both technical and content-heavy SEO tasks.

✅ Proven ability to be client-facing, including excellent presentation and verbal communication skills. 

✅ Hands-on experience with AHREFS and Screaming Frog.

✅ Experience with WordPress, including optimizing content using plugins and tools.

✅ Experience with link building.

✅ A proactive mindset for continuous learning, demonstrated by actively pursuing new SEO insights and updates from sources like industry forums.

✅ Familiarity with project management tools.

🔍 Additional experience with Paid search.

📊 Experience with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, GA4.
