Job Role: SEO Specialist (Off-site/Link Building)
Compensation range: $1,500 - $2,000 AUD/month
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Who The Client Is: Our client is a boutique Australian marketing consultancy that specialises in helping healthcare professionals grow through clear, practical, and data-driven marketing strategies. Role Overview: The SEO Specialist — Off-Page is responsible for the planning and execution of all off-page SEO activities across the company’s client portfolio. This role owns the link-building strategy end-to-end: from identifying and prioritising link opportunities, to building publisher relationships, developing linkable content concepts, and executing outreach campaigns that generate high-quality, authoritative backlinks.
The position also owns citation building and management for local SEO clients, ensuring NAP consistency, directory accuracy, and citation health across all relevant platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of what constitutes an effective link building strategy, excellent relationship-building instincts, and disciplined record keeping to demonstrate measurable progress and outcomes.
