As a representative, you will assist customers in German, helping them with their travel inquiries and ensuring a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding travel bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide detailed information about travel destinations, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with the booking process, changes to itineraries, and any travel-related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for consistent follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with travel agents and various departments to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, destination updates, and company promotions to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or tourism industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to manage inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
