Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: Must align with US Mountain Time (MT), approximately 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT

Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced Account Executive (Post-Sales Closer) to take qualified prospects from a verbal “yes” through to fully signed contracts. In this role, you will own the closing phase of the sales process, ensuring warm prospects move efficiently through final discussions, demos, pricing conversations, and contract signing.

You will play a key role in bringing structure and consistency to the closing process while helping build and refine the sales workflows as the organization continues to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-verbal-yes stage of the sales cycle through to signed contract
  • Run product demos and deep-dive calls to address prospect questions
  • Lead pricing discussions and basic contract negotiations within defined parameters
  • Coordinate and schedule additional demo or discovery sessions required to close deals
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged and progressing toward close
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, commitments, and next steps in the CRM (Google Sheets)
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand previous prospect conversations and commitments
  • Ensure smooth handoff of closed customers to the Account Manager for onboarding
  • Implement and manage light sales automation and follow-up sequences
  • Help establish and improve repeatable closing workflows and sales processes

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales or Account Executive role
  • Proven experience closing deals from verbal agreement to signed contract
  • Experience running product demos and managing pricing discussions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
  • Familiarity with sales automation or outreach tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, or similar)
  • Interest or exposure to AI tools, workflows, or AI-enabled products
  • Experience working in startup or early-stage environments
