We are seeking an experienced RPA Business Analyst with 9–16 years of professional experience to drive automation initiatives and deliver scalable process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in UiPath, business analysis, business analytics, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), with a proven ability to identify automation opportunities, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement intelligent automation.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex business processes, recommend automation solutions, and ensure successful deployment of RPA initiatives that improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize processes suitable for automation using UiPath and other RPA technologies.
  • Conduct detailed process analysis, including process mapping, documentation, and optimization, to determine automation feasibility and ROI.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and automation design documents.
  • Work closely with RPA developers, solution architects, and IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of automation workflows.
  • Utilize business analytics techniques to evaluate process performance, measure automation outcomes, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform process discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to identify operational inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including Process Definition Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and process flow diagrams.
  • Support testing activities including UAT planning, validation, and sign-off to ensure the automation solution meets business expectations.
  • Monitor deployed automation solutions and analyze performance metrics to optimize and enhance existing bots.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment between business goals and automation capabilities.
  • Promote best practices in RPA governance, documentation, and automation lifecycle management.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA platform, including process assessment and automation lifecycle understanding.
  • Deep expertise in Business Analysis, including requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and process documentation.
  • Solid knowledge of Business Analytics techniques such as data interpretation, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience identifying automation opportunities and designing scalable RPA solutions.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex processes into automation-ready workflows.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automation lifecycle management, bot monitoring, and automation governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional or similar).
  • Experience working with large-scale automation programs or enterprise RPA implementations.
  • Exposure to AI-powered automation, OCR, or intelligent document processing solutions.
  • Experience working in domains such as finance, operations, healthcare, or shared services.
