Job Description
We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced Software Engineers to contribute to the development of an AI-native workforce management platform designed to replace spreadsheet-driven operations with real-time dashboards and automated workflows.
This role focuses on building a next-generation SaaS platform that integrates operational tools, analytics systems, and agentic AI workflows into a unified infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Experts in this role may contribute to:
Developing core features across backend and frontend systems
Building a scalable integrations framework for external tools and APIs
Implementing real-time analytics dashboards with drill-down insights
Designing an agentic tool-use architecture compatible with MCP-style patterns
Integrating systems using OAuth2, webhooks, API connectors, and event pipelines
Supporting the pilot launch through rapid iteration, debugging, and production deployment
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have experience in:
Full-stack SaaS platform development
API design and integrations
Real-time analytics systems
Data models and scalable backend architectures
Technical experience may include:
OAuth2 integrations, API pagination, and rate-limit handling
Webhooks and event-driven architectures
MCP-style tool interfaces or agentic frameworks
Building production-grade SaaS products
Candidates should also demonstrate:
Ability to ship end-to-end features independently
Strong debugging and system design skills
