Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing information about our services

- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, viewing properties, and completing necessary paperwork

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with real estate agents and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient process for clients

- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the real estate market to better assist clients

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team

- A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
