Develop and expand our portfolio to support most popular Cloud apps (200+)

Develop understanding of not just software development, but also how to design, develop and launch a product from concept to high customer use.

About the role:

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Project Manager who will drive AI-enabled implementation strategies for DBSync, ensuring seamless delivery of data integration and replication solutions. The ideal candidate is a bridge between technology and business — someone who can translate client needs into technical solutions, manage projects end-to-end, and leverage AI to enhance efficiency and innovation.

This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on technical knowledge, and proven experience in managing SaaS product implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, interact with clients, and ensure projects are delivered with high customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Drive AI-enabled strategies for data integration, replication, and automation projects.
• Manage project lifecycles: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design solutions that optimize memory, CPU, and multithreaded environments.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Conduct POCs and demos to showcase DBSync’s capabilities and win client confidence.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Ensure smooth handover to support teams post-implementation.
• Provide thought leadership on AI adoption within integration and replication workflows.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• 6+ years of experience in SaaS product implementation, project management, or business analysis.
• Strong background in enterprise software, with exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts applied to data integration, automation, or analytics.
• Ability to design and manage technical solutions involving large-scale data movement.
• Excellent communication skills — able to interact with C-suite executives and technical teams alike.
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects successfully.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
• Team management experience and ability to mentor junior staff.
• QA skills to backtest solutions.
• Basic knowledge of using Postman for API testing.
• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) for clients.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones according to business needs.

Work Location: Bangalore (Remote)

Work Shift: U.S Shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST )
