Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Dutch/Flemish Speaking Sales Representative who is eager to work in a remote capacity with the option for relocation to the beautiful country of Bulgaria. We are seeking dynamic individuals fluent in Dutch or Flemish, with a strong passion for sales and customer relations. In this role, you will promote our client’s unique products and services, driving sales and nurturing client relationships from the comfort of your home or a scenic location in Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients through targeted outreach via phone and email.
• Communicate clearly the advantages of our client’s offerings, assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets, contributing to the overall performance of the sales team.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• A background in sales or customer service is preferred, though not strictly necessary.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Self-driven and able to work independently, thriving in a remote environment.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives and targets.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria is preferred but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
