AO Globe Life works in cooperation with major unions, associations, and credit unions to provide benefits to working families. Globe Life is dedicated to protecting working families and children across North America.
Remote entry-level sales representatives will ensure smooth onboarding of client benefits, clear explanation of permanent benefits to clients, accurate documentation of client benefits and follow up on client inquiries.

Key responsibilities:
Professional etiquette on the phone and on Zoom.
Maintain accurate client records according to company policy.
Be the client’s first point of contact via phone and Zoom.
Maintain and build strong, professional relationships with clients and team members.
Work in collaboration with fellow team members to provide excellent service to clients.
Preferred qualification:
1+ year of sales experience
Comfortable speaking on the phone with strangers
Self-disciplined, goal-oriented and motivated individuals.
A life and health insurance license is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Strong English communication skills.
No prior sales experience required; we provide in depth training.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
