Datasection Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented Remote Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and continuous improvement of client and internal projects. In this hybrid role, you will analyze data, document processes, and coordinate tasks across teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients.
Analyze workflows, data, and reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with cross‑functional team members.
Track project progress, flag risks or delays, and help develop mitigation plans.
Assist with preparing presentations, summaries, and simple dashboards for management and clients.
Support testing and validation of new processes, tools, or system changes.
Ensure clear, consistent communication between stakeholders and project teams in email, chat, and virtual meetings.
Qualifications
Experience in a business analyst, project coordinator, or similar role is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work with data and draw practical conclusions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable using project management and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, task trackers, or ticketing systems).
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying responsive and proactive.
