We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Visual Designers and Creative Directors to contribute to an innovative AI research initiative exploring how AI systems understand and simulate multi-modal design workflows.
In this role, design professionals will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to experiment with, critique, and shape design processes used to train advanced AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and evaluate experimental design workflows using AI tools
Critique and refine visual outputs generated by frontier AI models
Collaborate with designers across disciplines to improve multi-modal design systems
Provide structured feedback on AI-generated visual concepts and design logic
Contribute insights that help improve AI understanding of visual design workflows
Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
1+ years of professional experience in visual design fields
Bachelors degree in a design-related discipline such as:
Strong interest in AI-assisted creative workflows
Exposure to LLMs, generative AI prompting, or creative experimentation with AI tools
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with creative coding tools such as HTML/CSS, Processing, or three.js
