Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients utilizing Booking.com's platform, via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries related to bookings, accommodations, and travel arrangements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments, including operations and technical support, to enhance customer service delivery.
• Stay informed about the travel industry and Booking.com’s offerings to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
• A willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace the local culture and lifestyle.
