Job Title: Graphic Designer (Email & Digital Marketing)
Job Type: Full-time / Remote
Work Hours: 35–40 hours per week; Minimum of 4 hours daily overlap between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST

Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a Graphic Designer (Email & Digital Marketing) to support the creation of high-converting email and digital marketing assets. In this role, you will design email campaigns, digital ads, and marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across channels and contributing to marketing campaign performance.

This role is primarily focused on email design (approximately 70%), with additional responsibilities across static ads and packaging/marketing collateral.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and build visual assets and full email layouts in Figma for marketing campaigns and automated flows (approx. 70% of workload).
  • Design static ad assets for social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest (approx. 20% of workload).
  • Execute packaging designs, inserts, flyers, and light web content/mockups (approx. 10% of workload).
  • Build and maintain email designs and digital assets within Figma using best practices (components, auto-layout).
  • Prepare and hand off print-ready files for packaging and marketing inserts, including proper setup for bleeds, die-lines, and CMYK.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, ensuring a cohesive look from digital touchpoints to physical packaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to translate marketing strategies into visual storytelling.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • Figma Expertise: This is a must. You should be highly proficient in Figma as it is our primary design workspace.
  • Adobe Suite Knowledge: Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for image manipulation and print production.
  • Startup Mentality: Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Schedule: Ability to provide at least 4 hours of overlap during the 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM PT window for meetings and collaboration.
  • Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio showcasing high-end email design work.
