Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs for our energy management software and client-facing platforms. You will work closely with our development, marketing, and sales teams to understand user needs and create solutions that align with our company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for our energy management software and client-facing platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Use industry-standard design tools to create high-quality visual designs
- Ensure consistency and usability across all platforms and devices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the energy or technology industry
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs
